JoeyLog Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using JoeyLog (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
JoeyLog is a baby activity tracking app that allows you to log feeding, sleep, and diaper events. The App offers an optional paid subscription (“Family Sync”) for syncing data across devices and sharing with family members.
3. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewable Subscription
- Family Sync is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings (App Store or Google Play).
- No refunds will be granted for any unused portion of a subscription period.
Free Trial
- If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all data you enter into the App.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your family code.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by JoeyLog and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. JoeyLog is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
JoeyLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
